Evident weaknesses of every teams post few games

Many of the weaknesses mentioned are due to choices that the teams have made. For e.g. Aus have gone for ARs/bowlers who can bat well to do the seam 3rd/4th bowling when they had the option to pick likes of Hazelwood. Similarly, Eng has made some strategic selections too. WI has backed its strengths. Teams like SA are hampered by injuries so could not put its pace attack together. And so on.

but marsh is still a cover.....stonis hasnt been officaly ruled out. They are waiting on stonis fitness like our TM on dhawan

Middle order is still a problem for India imo .India's top three will have to score heavily evidently in almost all the matches .

 

India's Tail batting avg is must be among the worst in this tournament .

Depth is an issue for Indian team without substituitions.

yes, too many T20 stars who can't handle 50 over cricket. would love to see creaking gayle and russell in tests. a test series against a hard tough-as-nails opponent would crush them in their current fitness so completely, that they would pretty much have to give up cricket altogether.

Aus have taken care of their weakness. It would take a highly skillful performance to down the Aussies. Out of all the teams, I see that quality in India, but their weakness remain unsolved.

Aus unfortunately are prime favourites to win this again

We have beaten them and our middle order is yet to fire. If we perform upto our level then we are winning this wc but in pressure idk if our batsman can do the job.

And how do you suppose we'll score against this bowling lineup, even if we bat first on a feather-bed? If we face Oz again, they'll have to have a major brain-fade for us to win against them a second time!

what if we replace vijay with pant? looks better middle order for sure.

India needs to replace Shankar with Karthik and Jadhav with Pant. This will be a good middle order with Dhoni and Hardik to follow.
