I personally like the bonus point system that is used in some tournaments to make even one sided games meaningful. If Pak beat England then England beat India and India beat Pak, full circle there. Yeah fair enough other matches are equally important but I think 2003 rule of 2 teams win same wins and same points, winner of match between them will go ahead, makes a lot more sense..
