And most call it insecure. Ganguly was unfit and Chappell rightfully called him out. Chappell tried to challenge the status quo, and bring fitness into our game, and the results of Dhoni, Raina was part to him. He obviously was a bad tactician, so deserved to be out. But he did play a role in our WC in 2011 as it brought a culture change in our professionalism.

 

And Sachin talking about about Chappell doesn't mean much, he never has spoken about Azhar match fixing.

He took captaincy because he had full support of Dalmiya. He could override selectors and get away with his choice of players. And he was the one who got Chappell despite reservations by Kumble and Dravid. Too bad Chappell didnt want to be his sidekick and booted him out(rightly so).

Another feather in the cap for the True legend. Fake legends like Dhoni, Sachin did zilch in supporting talent let alone fight with oldies of Indian cricket. People who don't know Gambhir fought with DDCA officials like Chetan Chauhan and Bedi who were against including Saini in the squad saying he was an outsider.
