Why can’t the BCCI cancel this match? Very poor leadership by Dada, could well have cracked the whip and moved the match out of Delhi even before Diwali when pollution was already at hazardous levels. 
 

It’s a public emergency situation, will be pathetic for the match to go ahead just because BD are involved. If it was any of a Aus, Eng, SA, NZ, match would have been cancelled.

I think situation has improved after rain yesterday.

Can't blame Dada for this. There will be an uproar if it's taken away and he'll lose support. Just don't schedule matches at the Kotla during winter next season.

Rest of the country is different geographically.  And it's not just Delhi, whole NCR and west UP are affected. They burn parali everywhere but smoke doesn't stay in the atmosphere because of rain and winds. Delhi needs rain and it will wash away all the smog. It's coming though, wait isn't long, by mid week.
