I guess nzl would have taken a t20 whitewash for an odi whitewash of india. They can claim moral victory of 3 close games and 2 super overs where they lost it more than us winning them. I hope we are on our game for the test series and that bumrah is just finding his range ane rhythm before then.

Indian bowlers are more worried about getting hit rather than trying to get batsmen out.. That is the core issue

Well, he is now bowling like a conservative banker - doesn't toss ball up, or look for big spin/drift. Seems pre-occupied with bowling safe, not getting hit. Wrist spinners are supposed to be attacking, we have reduced them to Dhoniesque defensive finger-spinners.

 

Would rather have a wrist spinner getting 3 for 60 off 10 overs, rather than 1 for 45.
