Women's T20 Word Cup 2020

I get surprised just how stupid cricket can be in the year 2020.

 

Implement reserve days for all finals matches in all world cup tournaments. Cricket is one of the few games that cannot be played in the rain, it doesnt take a genius to realise that you need to take this into consideration in planning and scheduling.

 

Does the IPL have a reserve day for all finals??? Time to make changes now not at the end of the tournament.

No chance of rain.I hope harmanpreet steps up but it looks unlikely.Her comments are negative most of the time.

I think in all Honesty England women should have been in the final- atleast they would have given more of a Contest for the 80000 odd fans in the stadium.

 

Lets face it in a sport which is played seriously by 10 countries we cannot even win ICC trophies with all the money and might the BCCI have.. what even is the point.

Hope we win 15 medals in the Olympics with field hockey team in the podium. Need to move away from cricket.

Man i feel like it's unfair to compare our women's team to Eng or AUS. They are physically stronger and they have a proper system in place.  We still have long way to go....

 

Nevertheless, Good tournament till that last game.

The  most frustrating aspect of Indian cricket and Im talking mens here is that there should be like 4-5 players competing for each position from 1 to 11.

 

Instead for cricket mad country we barely can get 11 male players that are of an international level.

 

In regards to the Women, England would have fought definitely much harder. There is a lot of pride and rivalry between Australian and the Poms.

 

Would have been a much better spectacle than the debacle we witnessed. I actually and fortunately did not watch a single ball. I was so disgusted after checking the scorecard on my phone after 3 overs, I knew the result was a foregone conclusion.

 

I even predicted it on here well before the Final even began.
