BC Indian hi Indian ki martey hai.....Ye Manohar ko chappal se marna chahiey india aaney pe, he is going beyond his job profile to push aus, eng interest.

Usko wahan isiliye baithaya gaya. BCCI ko danda marne ke liye.

I have been saying forever, BCCI should withdraw from ICC (along with a few other boards) and start it's own governing body. Make the IPL 6 months - two separate IPLs - one in APR-MAY-JUNE, and one in SEPT-OCT-NOV.

International khud hi organize kar lenge, waise bhi bilateral series to ICC thodi na decide karti hai.

And if IPL happens - and it definitely will - then does that mean IPL >>> world t20?

I don't think anyone cares about ICC tournaments that much, especially when the ICC is desperately playing a tournament every 6 months.

Hopefully a touring Indian team will be exempt. I need the Aussies and NZ to be playing by then to keep me entertained during Europe’s inevitable winter lockdown.

Not sure how the ipl can happen as the situation in India looks terrible and won’t be improving any time soon

Agree 100%! BCCI has enough clout to fly its own flag. There is no need to know tow to the stupid ICC. As for two IPLs in a year - one IPL in India and another abroad later in the year could work well.  Or, an IPL followed by a quadrilateral series later in the year with top 4 teams could also be a good option. The appetite for T20 is definitely there. I do like test cricket, but for viewing convenience and excitement, I prefer T20. Also, LOI is the only format which is democratic as far as our team is concerned. They can be competitive regardless of home advantage. They make winning appear boring at home in tests but abroad, they keep falling like pins. It's boring to see overseas victory hopes shattered again and again.

I think they're looking to get back INTO the ICC. and then break it from within. That's what srini was doing, anyway. If this latest attempt fails, then they could consider withdrawal.
