zen Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 The Mask of Zorro (1998) when it was released was liked by many as a fun film. It is one of my favorite sword/swashbuckling films. Apart from good action, it also has a killer soundtrack. I have not checked the film out in a long time but Sony released a new 4K transfer, which is getting good reviews so I just got its 4k disc and plan to check it out soon. How do you rate the film? The story, action, cinematography, background score, etc., are all top notch Since I was watching this after a long time, there were many things that I did not remember so in that way it almost felt like a new film .... Among the top 3 films directed by Martin Campbell - the other two being GoldenEye and Casino Royale .... In a way, a Bollywood type of film made in Hollywood style As for the new 4K restored transfer, Sony did a great job on both PQ & AQ.
