Yes the khalistani flag was not raised at red fort.

But let nobody be under any illusion religion (sikhism) is playing a major major role in these protests. The sikh religious flag was raised at the red fort. This, nobody can deny.

I have been told many times that this is a pan india farmer protest. I somehow dont see farmers from other regions (such a haryana) using their religion as a rallying call...

This is more about sikhism and less about punjabi farmers....

Apprently there was a K flag for sometime and was taken down

In any other western democracy if Policemen are attacked- there is a plain shoot to kill process in place. NO MATTER WHO THE PROTESTOR OR THE CAUSE IS.

This government is in a fix- on one hand they like things detoriating so that it helps them win elections. On other hand they are cautious for using ammunition against anarchist sikhs as a lot of them have sons in the Army and they dont want 25% of the armed forces to rebel in response to their kin being killed.

Damned if they do and damned if they dont- India is in a near state of anarchy for the last 6 years and the opposition is hell bent on breaking up this country just to spite BJP and get back in power.

Surprised where the Kaneda Kisaaan is today @Under_Score? Ki hoya kake? bolti band hun?

Glad that such revolts are unheard of in Indian armed forces. The BSF jawan whose viral videos about poor rations given to him was discharged dishonorably. The top brass know how to quell rebellion among the ranks. But yes, this would have been large scale. But police should have at least fired in self defense in a couple of cases. Anyhow, those indulging in riots were not farmers, were kiraye ke tattu  hired goons. Nobody would cry if they are shot.

Meanwhile, Kaneda ka kisaan was busy doing pole dance.

Thats another thing i dont get about some of these backers of protests

Brag about Sikh martial prowess when they attack some government entity such a police. Say stuff like indira thok di.. in my opinion a huge undercurrent is about teaching hindu leaders of india a lesson.

Government entity hits back talk about genocide and link it to 1984.  Maybe use that to claim aslyum.

Its literally Jekyll and Hyde. You look at Twitter account of some of these nri sikh protest backers and it alternates between these two narratives within a matter of hours....

The whitewashing is surreal. They were not peaceful just yesterday. From Day 1, they were violent and not peaceful, by how they forcefully captured the roads and destroyed public properties. From Day 1, they wanted another "Kashmir", where the mob should get whatever they desire. It may be repeal 3 farm bills, tomorrow it can be a city, community and country.

Like USA, India needs a "domestic terrorism" bill. It's important to use iron hand to deal with them. Ala, play it like the (foreign) liberals....

The police are often under trained and lacks the skills and motivation, to deal with riot and crowd management. Thus, police reforms are a must in long term.

Next, the GOI had all power and resources, to quickly end it yesterday. Yet, it was the tolerant GOI vs intolerant Indians. This it be the main debate.

Do we want India to be in the hands of the some intolerant people?

And thus, play it like the liberals. They can be vicious, and actively target their opponents. The onus is for GOI to learn from their such foreign governments or even the Indian Congress.

In India, they so easily call, ridicule half of India as communal voters. Thus, why can't BJP use this, with a domestic terrorism bill and target those mob.

And keep believing that Modi planned this. The fact is that there's no sympathy for your terror friends masquerading as farmers.Heck Punjab isn't even the bread basket anymore.

These dickheads have lost all sympathy
