Here are some facts about this 'Nal se Jal' from an old article.

More alarmingly, the Nal se Jal scheme calls for an expedited implementation of the interlinking of rivers (ILR) project, an old, somewhat dormant idea that has regained traction in recent times. Yet A lot has been written already about the long-term ecological catastrophes of such a project. the government seems determined to carry out this project. It is indeed likely that while Nal se Jal will remain unfulfilled, the ILR project may make deeper inroads under the current government as a justification of the former.

Lastly, is providing piped drinking water to every household in the country even a desirable option? It is only after the provision of piped water, if at all, that sundry plumbing issues, including corrosion and leakages of pipes and fittings would start. For households that can barely make a living, the cost of such repairs would be unaffordable, potentially making the piped water scheme defunct (as was the case with similar initiatives, such as biogas and smokeless stove schemes in many Indian states, in the not-so-distant past).

Print is one of the smartest outlets out there. They understand the monkey balancing that they want ti do between eco system and moderate subscribers. After a point the patterns are clearly visible.

Peaceful "Indian" farmer supporters get instigated by the sight of "Indian" flag, now that's an oxymoron. They should drop this phony kisaan sympathizer act and go back to their Khalistan duties. These people dont give two hoots about Hindu farmers in India and they just want to paint India in a negative light.

there is a video by strings circulating on whatsapp and youtube which links dates, high profile people, funding and names of each digital org and personalitities and links of print media to Soros. Planning dates seem to be over 5 month back atleast. Now khalistani stooges can claim whatever they want. Repeating same lies will not change them facts.

This is a struggle of have and have nots and it is not going anywhere. BJP by forcing these rules has done more harm than good to the country.

The self appointed thekedars of have-nots are the real problem. Use force, caste, religions, lies, obfuscation, propaganda, foul language, violence... Government's pure welfare intentions are for everyone to see, and appreciated by  a vast majority of farmers. Remove the caste of tikait, you will find all the support vanish.

These shamleless K thugs need to be kicked. This is turning into radicalism.

The desperation is showing badly now ,knowing that this movement is dying out quickly.

Seen that video, Khalistani bigotry on full display. These low lives believe Farmer protest gives them full license to be anti-national and hindu phobic. Too bad Trudue is too spineless to ensure the safety of his own citizens. government of India needs to intervene.

Lets not use the term "Farmer supporter" even as alleged. These people are "Anti Farm Bill" activists who couldn't care less about thousands of farmers who committed suicide under the old farming law. A true farmer supporter would be in favor of these new bills that are supported by majority farmer unions across the country.

There is an undercurrent of have nots and that is what is driving this. BJP has spend all the money and they have no resources left and the cut back starts with the group that does not vote for them, the farmers.
