Hain ? Not in form or else he is good against short stuff . 

Iyer is really bad, he falls in rana, raina category

Just a tad better version but clearly not convincing enough to be considered for pink ball test.

Shaw needs to understand that he doesn't quite have Warner or Sehwag's pedigree to continue 'batting' like this.  

 

Gill looked good but also threw it away.

 

Maybe the plan was to try and attack the Australian bowlers a bit since Pattinson and Green both are likely to play in the series.

 

It didn't come off.

 

Pujara got an absolute jaffa.  Not much to read into it.  But I think the leg-gully plan has something to it.  Something to keep an eye on for the series.

Both Gill and Shaw disappointed today. Not sure why Gill was in such hurry, he didn't looked in such hurry even in IPL as he was today. Need to spend some time and take pink ball warm-up seriously.

Pink ball wont bounce extra it moves a lil extra and shaw is far better then iyer when it comes to short ball. Shaw has this problem which will trouble him

 

 

 

Here is shaw cutting n pullling on 1st aussie tour , present form n confidence is down. Iyer cant even compare , his short ball problem is qyite bad. Shaw doesnt have issue against oacen bounce but its mostly against moving ball

pressure to put runs on board, as he is likely to be selected for 2nd test when we won’t have either Kh0li or Rohit. His footwork is abysmal for an opener, plants his foot with a wide gap between bat and pad. Suits MO
