How are they letting Starc to play in first test.Isn't he required to spend the minimum two weeks of quarantine to rejoin the bubble.

He hasn't gone out of Australia dude.  I guess only Western Australia has strict quarantine rules over there.  Rest everywhere you can travel with ease.

Is Australia free of virus? I thought bubble has very strict  rules. Once you are out of the bubble, you have to undergo 2 weeks quarantine.

He diidn't leave Australia or enter any containment zone/ COVID affected area. Unlike our country, Australia/ New Zealand is mostly 100% COVID free except for a few outbreaks here and there.

No. Read local Australian news. It doesn't work like that. Earlier when Adelaide got locked out due to an outbreak because of a local pizza guy, then it was the case as almost the whole city was quarantined. Presently most of Australia is COVID free. And with almost NIL movement into the country/ out of containment zones, their rules don't require quarantine.

Yes more or less.  2 week quarantine is only for those who are coming outside of Australia.  Except Western Australia quarantine rules are pretty tight even for Australians.  Sydney has even allowed full crowds for test cricket.
