The next India A tour is very important, selectors must not go by numbers, porel, nagaswalla or warrier are not international quality, prasidh, tyagi, avesh and mavi must get maximum India A games under their belt in the next year or so.

Got to agree

I think Nagaswalla is a foregone conclusion because selectors are wrongly enamoured by the notion of having atleast one left arm option, even if he is mediocre. (  They would have probably replaced Garner with Pedro Collins if Collins played in the early 1980s ( I know he played in the 2000s ) )

But if these 3 mediocre pacers fill up all the available slots then the development of actual Team India prospects like Prasidh, Avesh, Saini, Umran and Mavi will be hampered.

Selectors have to be ruthless and pick actual Team India prospects for our A-teams.

100%, there is nothing great about nagaswalla, Gujarat has a solid team management which has got the best out of nagaswallah, his new ball partner kalaria is quite mediocre too, hopefully sense prevails and the right pacers are picked.

Neesham, Jayant, and Coulter-Nile was the worst attack MI could have fielded. Got saved by the pitch and some poor shots by Rajasthan batsmen.
