It's their internal matter but still something to ponder. Trust land 28 cr me khareede ya 180 cr me. If trust members will have any issue, they can go to court.

In mins because the sale deed was not there, so the transaction was done in mins. AAP is making a controversy over nothing. Ansari went home with 16.5 crores, what is the scam here? Jobless dolts.

It will be a repeat of the central vista failure they encountered. The rate at which the mandir is being built will mean by the time the case actually gets an outcome the mandir complex will be up and running. As somebody whose family has donated for this project I dont really give a fig even if there is a scam. Let the mandir be constructed asap and opened in all glory. diga 1

That's wrong. Trust didn't deal with Pathak. Their dealing was with Ansari and Tiwari who held the land agreement with Pathaks. Neither land was bought in March. Ansaris had bought the land in 2011 with an agreement. Only registry was done in March. One more thing, had govt acquired the land, it would have cost them 25 crores as govt had acquired lands at 5 times the circle rate. In the end, the trust got the land for 1423 rs per square foot which is quite cheap. Edited June 23, 2021 by rkt.india
