Agreed, that he is far below expectation, but you want to go back to Sushilkumar Shinde/PCwaali HM with daily terrorists activity all over India? This opposition is unlike BJP in UPA era. They can go back to any extent to get back power. The way you are cribbing, you will deserve that kind of home ministry. Keep at it.

Why not indentify a better candidate within BJP and give him a chance instead of keeping a failure? BJP is a national party, not a state party. Considering that how much it values it's internal democracy surely there must a deserving candidate somewhere. Isn't this the main job of PM Modi - find and appoint best personnel for his minsteries? Same argument was thrown for Kohli - TINA. No one believed that Rahane will win even with B team. It took a family emergency to expose how much is hurting. Or will this argument of - can't go back to Congress be thrown each time someone questions any BJP minister? Does this argument even make sense? beetle 1

Our(voters) job is to judge the representative after he has worked for a while and vote accordingly during elections, not indentify the minister. When did anyone vote for an MP to become minister? At best voters vote for PM face - Modi in this case. It's PM's job. Why should I tell who is the alternative? I am not the tasked with interacting with them regularly and building trust within party. If I hire a contractor/manager then I just give him the job, if I have to tell contractor that who will be suitable to do which work within the team, then what's the use of contractor/manager? Not much centre can do. States are resolving the dispute Kar has had similar deadly disputes with Kerala and MH. Again missing the point. I am here to tell only whether someone is ok not. That's what voters are suppose to do. Not tell who is alternative for a particular ministry. It's job of PM and clearly he isn't doing well in that by being ok with Shah.
