Picking Ashwin just to get rid of Fakhar is not a good strategy. 

Fakhar isn't weak against off spinners, he can easily handle Ashwin, this isn't test cricket so don't expect those drifters from Ash.

SA have bowled rubbish. Nortje too. Only Rabada hit the right length. SA won't strangle pak with Maharaj, Markaram or Shamsi.

In general, a perfect bowling (or batting) performance by any team is rare (or all teams would be getting low scores frequently). 

 

What is impressive about Pak is that they have hit 11 6s.
