Outcome1:  India gets knocked out in the group stages. Rat will definitely be ousted from all LOI captaincy if this happens.  Long term good for India for bigger things like the 2023 50 over WC - the real deal.

 

Outcome2: India has a dream run and wins  our 2nd T20 WC in a spectacular comeback. Kohli ends T20 captaincy on a high but will captain India in our home 2023 50 over WC - potential more heartaches and heartbreaks in the future. 

 

Outcome3: Everything in outcome 2  +  Pakistan the defeated opponent in the finals 

 

Outcome 4:  India win all the remaining group matches and lose in the semis. Rat will retain captaincy into the 2023 home WC.

I prefer 3 even though it results in tolerating Rat for our home 2023 WC because we are a better ODI side than T20 side.  His moronic leadership is at its worst in T20s where there is no room for comeback.  Ultimate KLPD for beggar green ghetto boys.

if we get knocked out in the group stages of the T20 WC ( which is actually our home WC)...he will be forced to quit.  Gangu is a useless, but he knows failure in the 2023 WC with him as President will be humiliating.I believe he will act to oust Kohli.

Outcome 1.

Need a thorough cleansing of players, coaches, approach to short format, player mafia .

So everyone gets convinced he isn't that bad after all.

 

He walks away from the T20 captaincy but captains us in WC 2023 to an inevitable hearbreak before retiring as a hundred millionaire.
