Pollack Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 Feel sorry for him. He did cheat but his wife forgive him then why should this scandal affect his career. But anyway his career should have been ended quite before.
cricketfan28 Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 had the potential, another example of why discipline is very important.

But anyway his career should have been ended quite before. "Wholesome image" is the sole reason for his extended survival in the team. Now that it's gone, he has to go, whatever the proffered reason might be. Despite his verbal jabs which backfired spectacularly, he didn't seem mean and gnarly like the Aussies of yesteryear. The babysitter pic with Pant and his family was a cute moment. With such a lovely family, I wish he hadn't got himself into this ugly mess. He is lucky his wife stood by him despite this incident. ash Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 CA *ed this up tbh. The man had an affair, the only person he is answerable to is his wife. Why should a cricket board moral police the players? He should have been allowed to carry on.
Dery Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Looks like a ploy by CA to put smith incharge again
Vijy Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 Smith is creeping up the ladder again. Once Cummins steps down - which is inevitable given his workload - Smith will rise to the top again like an undead zombie.
