One pick at a time. Also can't be same players.

 

You make one pick followed by next poster @R!TTER who will make one pick and so on. The poster who made his pick last in first round will start in second round and you go last and so on.

You could just do it by listing the players next to a members name 

 

ABC - vw, xyz

DEF - mno, pqr 

 

and so on
