joe root -  will throw his name again , but no team will pick him :giggle:

Root and Stokes may have made themselves unavailable (Ashes loss) … Mark Wood could be doubtful as well … The Currans are probably still recovering … No news on Archer as well

Ishan Kishan could be among high paid Indians.. along with Thakur and Sundar, Mayank Markande

Warner might be highest foreign recruit

Forgot Shreyas Iyer - KKR and CSK may fight for him..

RCB with its history of getting ABDV, Pietersen, and Gayle should look to target Warner, who can captain the team as well

IPL teams should not spend too much on batsmen apart from an exception here and there (as there are quite a few good options). Try to get good bowlers as there are only a handful of them

if we go by :csk: 's preference for experience and winning mentality ( +age )  , we would go for both warner and  abdv

MI could be targeting Kishan so if I were one of the other teams, I would bid the max that I can for him, which would mean that MI will have to pay a premium, reducing MI’s budget for other players … Since I only bid the max that I can, if  happen to get Kishan, it is ok as well

Yes, MI fan too but it would now be a second or third team, competing with RR for the 2nd spot (the two other teams from the west)
