kindly share the positives and negatives that David is bringing into Indian team.

 

positives-  coaching youngsters well, possibly making them better batsman. disciplined approach he b... in testsrings.

 

negatives- selects seniors and backs them too much. he cant bite the bullet and drop seniors. when even kids can identify that india had at least 6 batsman better than pijara n rahane..he played them.

 

bhuvi hyd team mein bhi barbaad bowling kar raha tha. why was he picked into 11. venky iyer is a 6th bowler. surya kumar yadav ,ishan kishan r hard hitting batsman, you cant bench them.

 

if they see bhuvi not swinging the ball in the nets, then it makes no sense to pick him ahead of Siraj and tall Prasidh. if bhuvi is swinging he can be in 11, else he can never be in any indian 11.

 

KL has been a flop captain in ipl, he needs a great coach to support him.

Nobody can change the fundamental personality of KL Rahul. Not even the legend from his own state.  Agarwal looks a bit more authoritative than KL Rahul.

By nature Rahul Dravid is conservative.  He will use traditional strategies follow traditional routines.  He is a legend who analyzed every aspect of his own game and got better wherever he could.   I won't say he will be inept or anything. This aging side requires massive change in approach, attitude. Some shake up is needed. It necessitates bold calls. Will Rahul Dravid be upto the challenge? Only Time will tell. There is no question he is one of the most  intelligent, astute player India has ever had. But some dirty work is needed to rebuild this side. He has to be iron handed.

Need to play Siraj and Prasidh/Chahar. 

No need to play two spinners when they can't do zilch.

During his captaincy india won test series in wi after 30 year & in eng after 21 year. India won their first test match in sa & Pakistan during dravid captaincy.
