MSD >> Bavuma as a batter. For now, I'd also rate MSD as a better captain, although the later stages of his captaincy were not that impressive

The best measure of Captaincy is , when you see average players looks to deliver more than their ability

MSD played selfishly for a major part of his career.Just like Sachin cared for centuries, MSD cared for averages. He even sent Jadeja ahead of him at times so that he can come in to bat when the match is over and score some cheap runs and possibly remain not out to boost average.
