Or you could relate it to any sport for that matter. Ball tampering wouldn't be a factor in other sports, but it is a major factor in cricket.

2) ball tampering( team level cheating)

3) doping( personal level cheating)

4) age fudging ( cheating-should matter only in the junior level cricket)

Chucking. It's a menace, and unfair to the batsman, regardless of what deformity the bowler is born with  It was a relief when some of the famous chuckers finally retired from the game.

Also, the side sling action, though not illegal, is gimmicky and annoying.
