Understand the game, know the player, their ability, capacity, and root for them to do well.  Don't sit and moan every time the player at the crease is not hitting boundaries every other ball.

How is Veda Krishnamurti not in this t20 team? This team needs a clutch middle order player, Deepti not quite there with the bat, vastrakar and rana add a lot of death but one more impact player needed.
