Isn't Rudi the one who raised his finger slowly, like in slow motion? Don't remember much else about him other than that he was South African. It's been a long time since I watched him umpire. May he rest in peace.

Somehow remember gangulys dismissal in 2003 Paxtan game when thinking of Rudi.

Rudi was one of the best umpires in elite panel.. read somewhere he had the leadt wrong decision percentage of all.. good man he was.. RIP. sad way to go..
