They are not world class openers. World class tuk tuks. Only thing that is going for Pakistan is bowling i will give you that. But batting is associate level if you take out tuk tuk batsmen at the top.

Aha the same tuk tuk batsmen who are ruling the limited over cricket charts and the same ones who keeps chasing 152/0 :winky:, 200/0 etc and keep taking Pakistan to semis and finals of tournaments consistently. They are performing perfectly fine, their style of play and strike rate of 130 is simply perfect for the team, if anything it's the middle order which keeps letting down the team.

Pakistan just needs one in form middle order batsmen and it will become among the strongest T20 team in the world cup. With Shaheen and Fakhar back it sure will be a huge boost for the team.

See there you go, you said it yourself. Just because that playing style suits their team doesn’t make them “world class.” World class is when you can walk into any top team based on your ability alone. At moment I’m sorry to say but I wouldn’t trade even Manish Pandey for Babar Azam in t20is, forget Rohit, KL, Kohli, Iyer etc

Just remember Srilanka lost extremely badly to Afghanistan and beat you twice. That is the nature of T20. Especially in UAE.  SL is 8th ranked T20 side. Australia lost several T20 matches before world T20. They got creamed by England. But they eventually won. Funny things happen in T20.  India is world no.1 ranked T20 side lol Seriously we don't think they are that good. But you are using this ICC ranking to hype your players. Can you list the top 10 players in ICC r anking

We Pakistanis dont hype our team like our neighbours. We know our team is inconsistent and that's what we enjoy most about our team. Tag unpredictable is there for a reason and its all good with us. It's just a sport at the end I would rather follow an exciting team than a dead boring team.

I am not hyping any player, rather responding to the mockery you guys post here. Both our openers have been extremely consistent and have made Pakistan into a very competitive side. They both equally contribute in all three formats as well, I mean one guy Babar is literally the best batsman in the world currently and is a modern time great, so he doesn't need no hype. Stats and ranking speaks for itself when it comes to individual performance. As for the T20 format ofcourse it's a very unpredictable one, that's the nature of it and that's what rather makes it exciting to follow. This format can never have an all out dominating team like West Indies and Australia did for decades in other two formats.

Damn I’ve never seen somebody that obsessed with ICC rankings that too t20i rankings lol.

JJ Smit of Namibia is ranked 6 in the all rounder charts and Shadab Khan is nowhere to be seen. So as per your logic JJ Smit > Shadab Khan

Also going by the rankings our 110kph  Bhuvaneshwar is better than your phaaaasssst 160 kph bowler Rauf

Yes you can pull off a win in T20. But i am only talking from INdia's perspective. If Australia plays exact brand of cricket you play i would have said the same. We don't rate India either with this bowling line up. But still even this washed up oldie side should be good enough to beat your side That doesn't really have even one batsman that is destructive.

The game became interesting. Then Rizwan just running 2s everytime. Bangladeshis can't field, can't catch and their throws taking forever to reach.

This Saifudddin is so trash...  Drops dollies bowls no balls & is of no use.  Bangla boyzz have messed this up royally

This match shows Pakistani can chase anything against mediocre bowling side. I have never seen this Nawaz performing against good teams here he played Blinder once again like Asia Cup. Indian bowling is equally bad as BD , by looking at the name of our bowlers team get relaxed that they can chase anything if they intact wkts they don't feel anxiety to score fast. It's not the same if they face strong bowling side like aus,sa,NZ and eng .

They can handle gentle medium pace but not high pace.  Nawaz won them the game today.  BD are absolute trash but they messed it up today.  Sarkar should have bowled more overs over Crapuddin.

Bangla Wash series 0-4 to Bangla:hysterical:

Entire nation is a disgrace on South Asia...  They guys couldn't win a single medal in CWG.  Even Bankrupt Civil War trodden lanka was able to snatch a few medals.

Perhaps, eating too much 'misti dohi' along with 'illish' has proved to be counter productive for them.

Yup. Their spinners are 50-50, Shadab is very good but Nawaz is like a China-made Jadeja

Jadeja is a very ordinary t20 player.
