As far as bowling goes if shaheen doesnt show up or doesnt hit his rhythem (which has a high chance coz of the gap ) their 2 fast bowlers will be inexperienced 

Their bowling is good bro. Just like when Rohit/Kohli rests, we don't miss them as we have plenty of batsmen...they have plenty of good bowlers even without Afridi. Likes of Rauf, Waseem or even Dahani is better than most (if not all) our fast bowlers. Shadab is twice the bowler than our hero collar chewer. Nawaz is as good as Axar Patel.

Pak bowlers are in form right before tournament. If you have good bowlers team can't freely score against and even your good batter will always be in double mind. I am not sure how our nincompoop TM and selectors thought these 120 slow trundlers will even be a challenge for other teams.
