Man stop with your wrist slitting already. :phew:

I don’t wrist slit … I talk about possibilities

I want the team that plays good cricket to win. I may support a team here and there but the team has to earn my support too

Were you there when Umran Malik got beaten to all parts of the ground by Ireland batsman?

Can bet no Indian bowler other than Bumrah can defend 17 in last over. Even against Ireland.

Never knew there was another match today. Ned have won barely. That is good news for SL. They have to makeup for their -2.75 difference against Ned and UAE or expect Namibia to beat Ned, just to be sure of getting into Group2

NOPE. If both NAM & SL win their remaining games, NRR is not an issue. SL would finish 2nd to qualify for Group 2 (the team that tops Group A qualifies for Group 1).

Too many “miscalculations”, buddy!

Did you read ? For NRR to be out of eqn, SL should expect Nam to beat Ned. They need to keep a healthy NRR just in case Nam loses to Ned and there is a three-way tie on top and top 2 NRR winners go. What miscalculations are you talking about? I don’t know the seq of matches to say more intelligently

NAM-NED play before SL plays its next games! SL would know what’s on the table.  No speculations needed.

The timings are crap for me. EST time zone. 12:00 Am and 4:00 Am?

there are some 7:00 Am ones too but from what I remember crappy ones except Ind-SA are slotted at that time :wall:

I am not going to waste my sleep for 90% of this crap. May be Ind-Pak and knockouts. Ind-SA is at a good time.

There were a lot of tactical hits in the last 5 overs by Namibia. They ran 9 doubles, lots of singles, few fours and a few sixes. Their running between the wickets was excellent. That;s why Aus suits Kohli's game.Singles,Doubles,fours. Rest can play aroud him.

Nah! … But this loss can help to motivate SL to get into KOs

It puts potential curtains for India (on the 1st day of the tournament w/o playing a game) as 2 of BD, Pak, SA, SL*, & WI* can take out India’s bowling attack, and there could be a batting failure here and there :hmmm:

if that is the case, this is what will happen, one of India or Pak will have a great tournament while smashing every team in the group of death and the other a horrible tournament.

Australia will limp it’s way and claw some how to the semis as the 4th strongest team.

In the knockouts will smash the usual suspects SA/Nzl/Ind/Pak to win another world tournament.

Seen this script too many times unless BCCI has provided a real script to save cricket :)
