Trust me had Mohsin played all the matches that Avesh played recently and failed experts in ICF wouldve said Avesh shouldve been given chances and pointed at his succes in last two IPLs. The one who is not in the team is always the better one. The truth is we need to persist with a selected few pacers who combine pace and bounce even if they fail terribly and hope for the best.

Not sure how much the ball will swing in Australia. ** If Bumrah and Shami were present then they would have ideal for Australia with their quick seam bowling. ( I am assuming based on the practice match that Shami won't play ) ** If the ball swings then both India and Pakistan will occupy the top spots.

Kuldeep has a lot of work to do a lot he cant bowl in any other phase apart from middle - spinners around the world now bowls in all phases. Teams around the world are now using wrist spinners in death overs. Even Ashwin is so versatile , he bowled in all phases this IPL as compare to kuldeep who just bowled in middle yet ended up with better eco . He has increased his speed but still not that quick in air Bishnoi will beat him when it comes to t20 race in future as mostly one spinner will play Edited October 23, 2022 by Ankit_sharma03
