Part of the problem for them is the fact that they play on the lowest bouncing pitches on the planet much lower than even BD, AFG and SL.

 

Indian white ball pitches have gotten faster and bouncier over the last decade - not all but there is much more variety. 

 

The first T20I between England and Pakistan recently had the lowest bouncing  pitch in T20I history !  Perth is diametrically opposite to that

Yes. India should have gone with 4 seamers. Preferably faster ones. We could have buried them. 159 was too much for Pakistan on that fast MCG pitch. Dumbasses went with trundlers.

Our selectors are morons. Issue is the only guy who could have been the 4th pacer was chahar who could bat and had swing.. he is injured

Early season pitches overwhelmingly favors pace, bounec, seam, swing. No spinner could bamboozle anyone. Even Zampa travelled. Guys like Nabi, Mujeeb don't just spin but also swing. That is why they are effective.  Hasaranga travelled. I can't imagine what they would to Chahal at Perth if he is selected.

Looking at the bounce i think Gill could have been picked as a back up. That guy just loves bounce.
