Rohit is not necessarily a good example to use in tests. The guy has been around since a long time and only recently managed to score (esp. in Ind). A batsman can have a couple of good years in his career. 

 

If KL, who is neither a new player nor a youngster, is to fail for multiple years to come up with a couple of good years, ... ...
