Uh no it doesnt.

There is the pitch which is 22 yards which you have to hit through. And the ground is not perfectly round. Some sides of the ground will always be bigger than others.

RCB needs 190+ here to be competitive esp. if there is some dew 

 

Runs RCB bowlers can give:

Hazlewood, Siraj, & Hasaranga = say 100 off 12 (ideally, you want them to pick up 3-5 wickets to close the game)

Balance of Harshal , 3rd seamer, Maxwell, & Jadhav = 90 runs off 8

His complete lack of accuracy worked in his favor at times actually. Batsmen will mistime the odd shot.
