Majestic
Can't have all three playing in top 3. Kohli has to bat one position down at 4 and let Kishan bat at 3. Iyer can come in at 5. I know when KL is back, it doesn't help but KL don't need to be back. Simply stick with Kishan and play him at 3. He has performances under his sleeves and plays fearless cricket. sandeep 1 Link to comment

What is the obsession with Tilak Verma? Iyer is doing a fine job in middle order and needs to be given a time to get his mojo back. At 5, he can smash spinners straightaway. The Tilak Verma obsession will go away in a year time from ICF too. jf1gp_1 1 Link to comment

Agree: except Kishan should open , Gill at 3 and Virat at 4 We can see the intent Kishan brings, as a lefty too, instead of Gill who is just looking to hang on tweaker 1 Link to comment
BacktoCricaddict
Come on guys, they did their job taking the shine off the ball and navigating the movement so that Kishan and Pandya could build the innings. It is because of their bravery that India has at least reached this score. What more do you want? raki05 and tweaker 1 1 Link to comment

Majestic
I maintain that 1. Pandya is better LOI player than KL, Jadeja and SKY in ICC tournaments. 2. Pandya is a better T20I player than Rohit in World tournament. 3. Pandya is a better ODI World Cup player than Kohli in World Cups. Downtown, zen and singhvivek141 3 Link to comment
express bowling
Rohit and Kohli are proven chokers in big ODI matches. Gill is showing signs that he is a choker in big matches too. We need mentally tough players like Pant. singhvivek141 and raki05 1 1 Link to comment
R!TTER
Well it's a mistake to think Titanic couldn't have been saved, there's quite a few things right from it's flawed construction till it hit the iceberg which could've saved it. There's a lot less issues to fix here but the top 2 are way past their sell by date IMO. Link to comment
singhvivek141
Separation ? We need to move away from 2 of them, Kohli won't score runs on pitch which has life, Gill needs someone else at the top who can take pressure of him to score quickly.
