Bjp in telangana doubled its voteshare. Keep in mind that 14% is actually underrepresented given that turnout in ghmc is much lower than rural areas. Tmc aap jdu (by party hopping) brs bjd aiadmk cpm have all returned to power in the last decade. Bjp has returned to power in assam up mp guj uttarakhand etc etc. In punjab the bjp and akalis split and aap was nowhere in the picture n cong lost. In chhatisgrah bjp was absent for 4.5 years and lost bypoll after bypoll had no cm face and cong lost badly. This is a major structural issue.
