I think this is pretty unnecessary from centre govt...it will only drive away supporters from BJP and will create sympathy card for Kejriwal.

He doesn’t want to give access to his cellphone and seems like hiding another one. Enough suspicion of something he is hiding. He was asked by ED multiples to join probe but he never did until non bailable arrest.

can anybody tell me what proof ED has on Kejriwal other than him being the CM during the whole Excise policy thing.seems very circumstantial at best and may not stand up in SC.so far they cant even access his phones so their case is paper thin based on the accused Nair turning witness.

If it was circumstantial, he wouldn't have avoided ED summons 9 times. Heck even RG and Sonia abides by the summon and they are out. 

 

His govt introduced the liquor policy and recieved money under what was a corrupt policy. One trail has been directly established to BRS of Rs 100 crore payment. This is not called circumstantial.

ED puts a case where unaccounted money has moved hands or caught it. So inus is on you ro proove unaccounted money which is in ur account and transactions u made is all white accounted for.

 

In cass of Kejri. Sirji comes from IRS background. So he made it all legal. But sometime even everything legsl becomes illegal.

 

For example, On paper, his plumbing bill for his gvmnt allotted residence is INR 25 crores which effectively should have been at most few lakh . Ed tracked what happened to 25 crore which was paid to plumbing company which had several times less turnover before Kejri gave them order of 25crores, its probably more than whole Indian parliament plumbing bill.

 

Above is just one case. Same happened for example in case of various other services which were allotted for public welfare. News os that ED has even, put a case against water Board of Delhi. 
 

Its true that Kejri offered water electricity free to poor, but what he also did was he subcontracted some part of delivery of water and earned huge commission. some of Commission got tracked.

 

A lot of things he has got away with , say Full page ads of AAP in all newspaperes if India about some scheme of Delhi gvmnt or hoardings sll across Delhi

using Government money. Unfortunately some got tracked


kejri Sir is also not letting unlock some of his electronic devices. However ED has recovered some data from devices whuch kejri Sir thought are safe because he formatted the device disks

It will be naive to think ED hasnt cracked the passcode. They are just letting Kejri to squirm a bit, like the 9 summons he tried avoiding

I wonder why hes not providing the password to his phone.perhaps his browsing history is suspect...
