The arrest of a serving Chief Minister -- an unprecedented, seismic development in national politics -- comes just weeks ahead of the Lok Sabha election. The Aam Aadmi Party has knocked at the doors of the Supreme Court. The hearing is due tomorrow. The party has also said that Mr Kejriwal will continue to discharge his duties from jail – a prospect that may create a constitutional crisis, legal experts have said. Kejriwal should be under scanner. 2) ED as always is excessive. 3) AAP is also being specifically also being targetted for other reasons. The party is borderline dangerous and insinuating very devious elements. This is not at all political matter. We are talking external actors. Its a well-defined case, with proper money trail established, witness, and other digital and printed evidence. BJP better have evidence otherwise this will garner massive sympathy for AAP and will propel them in all states to challenge BJP,circumstantial evidence doesnt convict and i have not seen substantial evidence so far. And that too just terming it, controversial without going into any details or facts. Thats the danger of India democracy , there is little to none scrutiny to the opposition leaders today, both national and internationally. Compare that with 2014, where Modi - the challenger, faced blunt of questions and had to prove himself. But people of 4 South Indian (basically all except Karnataka) states need it more for only electing anti Hindu corrupt Dynastic and/or regionalist party since independence. This is good for BJP in Punjab...aap was seen losing ground to Congress in Punjab... now Congress+aap voteshare will be more equally divided giving BJP more chances.
