the Eng game is on at 1am in the UK so i'll have to give that a miss.

This is the most disconnected I remember being for a WC. Except for the Ind Pak match, I've been apathetic.

 

Too many associates is one likely reason. 

 

Other is venue. As much as I thought I would be excited to have these in the US, I think there's something to be said for watching cricket when it is played in a cricketing nation. The vibrancy is lacking here. Hopefully it will help with the Super 8s being in the Caribbean and having better matchups
