Kohli if he is playing well should be aiming to play till 2027 world cup in SA. He has an excellent record in SA and he should be number 3 .

 

He is the GOAT in  odis and if he is still the best batsman on the team, he should be playing in that world cup.He can wake up from sleep and do well in odis.

The GOAT ODI batsman should play as long as he wants, no one can score like him in ODIS, history, stats and facts are with him.
I have seen in almost every forum he is celebrated as the GOAT ODI bat along with maybe Vic, only some burnol patients on this forum come out with ifs and buts in their logic.

Best ever in t20 and best in tests too. 

 

He is better than Smith at his peak. He has more match winning knocks than anyone in his era. Champion cricketer. 

 

I have never seen a player as good as him. Without him I shudder to think of our future. We will crumble and become a West indies type nation I am afraid. I hope he keeps playing till 40 42 if needed. We need him to guide youngsters.

Nobody is above the team. He should be motivated enough to play odis. Who knows what will happen in three years but if he is fit and playing well.He can play odis in his sleep, his game is built for odis.
