I'm all for equal rights for everyone irrespective of your gender and sexual orientation but transgenders should not be allowed to compete in Women sports. Physically they're different from Women and not fair at all. Italy should lodge a protest.

 

If IOC and other sporting bodies want they can have another category of competition for transgender athletes. But not fair to women to compete with athletes who're closer to males in physique and biology than women.

But those men wouldn’t qualify for Olympics. Have a level playing field for all. Equal human rights for all is supreme. Leave sports and pregnancy for specific genders

How is that relevant? He might have tried as a male and then declared as a transgender and then qualified as a female. In any case, his physique will still be different than a biological female and is not a level playing field. It is strange that biological female who turn male will not compete in Men's events!

They play in the same weight class. A man weighing same as a woman will always be stronger than that woman, we have more muscle mass, density and other things needed for strength.

 

If a man and woman of same weight train the man will always build more muscle and strength than the woman naturally.

Is there any chance for us in Men's Skeets shooting ?

We have a participant named Anantjeet, who shot 58/60 in Asian Games 2023 and won Silver.

In Tokyo Gold was 59, Silver 55, Bronze 46.

Though the Tokyo Bronze medalist won Asian Games gold with a comfy 60/60. Competition seems lesser but seems conditions matter a lot because it is an outdoor shooting event.

Qualification round tomorrow and only top 6 qualify for the finals.
