That's not allowed. Unless you are injured on day 1, you cannot withdraw without a weigh-in.

Even then they'll come up with a weird rule to deny India medal. Something like "the last athlete to fail the weigh-in wins the medal" or some such shyte. In years of watching Olympics and other world events I don't recall when India or an Indian athlete caught a break.
