Bumrah should be rested for the next match. I doubt the team management thought pace bowlers will be used all that much after the first spell. Need to manage his workload before the Aus series. Need to play Akash Deep and also give Harshit Rana a match.

He won T20 WC. Pre tournament I thought we won't make semis but the whole use of dube and axar and winning cup for now I am fine with his decision.

Loses the plot completely under a bit of pressure. Time to look ahead, this guy is already 37 and not the fittest around. 

 

Wouldn't mind a fast bowling captain like Bumrah......Aussies found great success with skipper Cummins.

Exactly. And why no one among BCCI is even starting look beyond Rohit is baffling. He wasnt test player anyway, had good last 1-2 years (Even there missed so many important matches) still made test captain.

Ollie pope put pressure on us and we crumbled. Rohit was clueless.

I meant overall in the tourney. We dropped Rinku for him coz he could bowl and then he didn't. Decent performance at best.

Opened the bowling with Shami for the first time in the final. Shami had success as a first change bowler through the tournament

Both sharma and kohli are really bad in picking playing 11. You can hide bad players in shorter formats but get exposed badly in tests
