Just saw the highlights.. that Australian batting line up looks garbage without Head and Marsh. Who tf are Short and McGurk lol.

 

One more thing I noticed is how much their pace trio looks past their peaks..even Cummins. If our nalla batters grow a spine and try attacking them, we can definitely get the upper hand in the BGT. 

 

Only reason why we won Gabba was because pant attacked them out of nowhere and even Rahane played a cameo that messed up their plans.

Yeah and for both Pakistan as well as India. Pakistan Cricket is rising since the first test defeat at home against England while winning almost everything after that and India losing all at the same time, including the whitewash.

When Aus win bilaterals people point to it as evidence of their strength and why they should be feared. If they don't then they say they don't give a **** and give it their all only in ICC tourneys. It's win win either way.

Those points are not contradictory. If you are brave enough to choose youngsters in bilaterals, both these points are true. Winning with youngsters is a sign of bench strength and losing doesnt mean anything in long run and big tournament.

 

Whats funny is not that Pak fans getting fooled again because a A Pak team defeated a C team but even indians like @rageaddict get fooled

But they are playing with their main bowlers and still couldnt able to take more than 1 wkt of these Pakistani hacks.

I agree that they're not necessarily contradictory but the team beating them also deserve some credit imo even in these kind of series. 

 

People can get carried away with recent results and claim that Pak is on the upswing if it makes them happy by ignoring a far larger sample size of performances.

Because the score was so less. When score is less that happens as there is zero pressure on the batsmen.

 

They once won by 10 wickets against bumrah, shami and jadeja all in the team in a t20 world cup because the target was so low
