ShoonyaSifar Posted October 25, 2025 Posted October 25, 2025 Only thing common to all the losses across formats is both Rohit and Kohli in the team. Without both of them playing together, the team is doing absolutely fine. Cannot be a mere coincidence. Something definitely gets switched off when they are around in that dressing room. Youngsters coming under pressure, not being able to be themselves, coach and them not being on the same page - could be anything but it's clearly not good for our cricket. express bowling, deepdynamo and Ultimate_Game 1 2

putrevus Posted October 25, 2025 Posted October 25, 2025 There is nothing good about Gambhir the coach other than having personal agendas against some players.

putrevus Posted October 31, 2025 Posted October 31, 2025 (edited) Today is another example why GG is such a useless coach. Whatever India has won , it has done overcoming this bozo's mistakes. Edited October 31, 2025 by putrevus Gollum 1

Still no Arshdeep, what personal problem does this farzi deshbhakt have with so many deserving players? Lord, putrevus and Manucrick 3

Why is Harshit Rana suddenly in scheme of things?? Arshdeep dropped?? Gill has messed up the entire balance. Why is GG tolerating that? In India, we defintely need two capable pacers and Harshit is not one of them. Just play Bumrah, Arshdeep and Varun as 3 main bowlers. Axar and Pandya can take care of all rounder duty. One or two of the top 6 batters can cover as 6th bowler, if need. Bumrah, Arshdeep, Pandya, Varun & Axar is a decent attack for the home world cup. Edited October 31, 2025 by deepdynamo Manucrick 1
deepdynamo Posted November 9, 2025 Author Posted November 9, 2025 GG is doing wonders in his best format as a coach- T20. 19-2 record in his tenure with only one loss each against Eng and Aus. New guy Posted November 11, 2025 Posted November 11, 2025 Gambhir on the ODI series loss "It is not about the individual performances. I can be happy with them, but ultimately, we lost the ODI series. I can never celebrate a series loss as a coach""
bsriharsha Posted November 11, 2025 Posted November 11, 2025 Presided over the loss against NZ. A whitewash infact. Lost a odi series against SL. Both are what a champion team is expected to win. I see bowling becoming more toothless with Gambhir set on bringing harshit Rana etc in. He might end up reaping rewards of what previous coaches have done but you will be remembered more as to what team you've left behind when his term is done. Think specialist coaches should be the flavour of the day now with Bharat Arun rather than the politician like Gambhir.
ungboysj Posted November 11, 2025 Posted November 11, 2025 Yet to lose a series in which both roko are not playing Let's c how long this record sustain Biggest challenge for record will be 20-20 wc. If he wins it will be end for roko
