He got absolutely smashed when it mattered the most in the WT20 final and was one of the main reasons SA lost on that day. Even Kohli toyed around with him

He saved Rohit and Kohli from an embarrassing retirement.

The moment I saw Pak scored 330, I was sure that this was a third string South African bowling attack. Went to cricbuzz and yup...no Rabada, no Nortje, Coetzee, Maharaj...:giggle:

Watched the highlights of Pak batting.  SA dropped 6 easy catches. LMAO

If the test series is Drawn 1-1 . how does that help India.

Complicated. We need to win atleast 2-1. if that happens and Pak-SA is tied, we go through is SL-Aus is also tied. but Aus go through if they win that 2-0.

if we win 3-1, we go through

yeah weird from SA to do this with series on the line. And its not like some youngster is playing. Most are rejects like Phelukwayo,Fortuin

Pakistan win the 2nd Odi and the Odi series. Decent Pakistan Odi side developing.

not really. weak teams both this and the aus one.

same thing happened pre wc23 when they were no 1 and then got their ass kicked in ac and wc.

Since we haven’t learn how to appreciate good cricket by a winning team , particularly if it was Pakistan, let’s find some excuse to downplay that win . Oh, yeah , Ramada was not playing ( what happened when he did play last times ) ?

Same thing happened pre WC. And then we saw what happened in AC and WC.

In the WC Pak lost against SA against a first XI.

And it's not just Rabada. Rabada played the first match (and was great) but Nortje, Maharaj, Coetzee etc are also not playing.

Similarly in the Aus series, no Head/Hazlewood and then the others also left for the 3rd match.

Thing is other teams mostly focus on tests and tournament cricket so they rest their players a lot and tinker around.

Come tournament time Pak will flop again. Rinse, repeat.

After what happened in the last WC and AC I thought the delusion would stop.

A B string India beat a weaker SA last year in a bilateral as well. No one gave an f. Bilaterals are for developing players.

Pakistan have quietly notched up two back to back Odi series wins against two strong opponents at their den. Starc, Cummins , Rabada, Smith, Miller and Klassen all featured at some point and for pakistan youngsters like Saim and Kamran ghulam put their hands up. Great signs.

It has nothing to do with Pak winning. When I made that post, SA were cruising actually and I didn't even see the rest of the game.

You're deluding yourself if you think this Pak batting line-up is good enough to notch up 330 against full strength South African bowling attack. Anyways.. congrats on the win if it's that important to you.

No one cares about white ball bilaterals these days except teams like Pak, Ban , SL etc who do not possess quality red ball sides and are generally trash in big tournaments.

Not that weird when you think about it.
