This guy averaged like 30 in the first 6 years of his career even in ODI his favorite form. I don't think anyone will get that many chances nowadays. For reference Rohit averaged 30 at a strike rate of 75 in the first 70 odd ODIs. For example Kishan  averages 42 at a strike rate of 102 or something. He is not even in the picture. Not that i want him. But Rohit was one real lucky SOB to to captian the test side.

He was continuously failing from 2008-2012 end
