You've Rooh Afza in both India and Pakistan just like Basmati Rice or Saag. Depending on which store you go to you may get either. Pakistani products have things written in Urdu. You won't see anything with Urdu on Indian Rooh Afza or any other Indian product.

Hamdard the parent company who owns Rooh afzah was founded in 1906 in British Indias delhi, sadly the founder moved to Pakistan post partition, thus making it in an Pakistani company, however, they have plants both in India and Pakistan currently.
