Misguided and wasteful use of funds does not equate to a deep conspiracy to overthrow governments. Often these organizations blindly fund minority groups who position themselves as victims of majoritarianism and seek assistance. While I am glad that such wasteful spending is being reined in, gutting organizations completely is a travesty.

 

The USAID, over the decades, has also contributed positively to the mitigation of HIV-AIDS in the developing world. Of course, now that it is proven that AIDS is not caused by HIV, we can dismiss those efforts too as wasteful spending and shut the whole thing down.

The things that you naively believe . Who asked them  to do that (bolded part)? This was how colonialism was justified and started in the 16th century

Yeah but these are NRIs living comfortably overseas and not living in india. What happens in America is going to affect them. 

 

That's the thing right, so long they were comfortable spreading hatred and regression and communalism in india because their families were comfortably living in liberal countries where their cushy lives won't be affected with whats happening in india

 

But they made the mistake of spreading same thing in the country where they are living as immigrants and voted in a party who hates immigrants. They will find first hand how hatred spread against minorities can ruin lives.

Before we became self sufficent India requested food & economic aid multiple times. While US has used USAID as an instrument of foriegn policy, there are no free lunches.
