There are some rumors that he is going to be their next coach. Pak cricket will sink even further below, they truely are in a bottomless pit. 
 

Guys like Saqlain are there only to make a quick buck without much work.

Akhtar is surprisingly more intelligent than the other two. Inzimam and Shahid Afridi are the ones who should join Saqlain and Waqar. Would be fun to see Pak getting thrashed with all of them watching from the dressing room

Pak have taken begging to a new level and think BCCI and India have the same level of IQ as them. Don't think BCCI will go "ab toh Saqlain ko dikhana hi padega 10 match ki series arrange kar ke"

Guys like him are pure embarrassment for Pakistan . Pakistan cricket is already in shameful state and stupid people like him just add up the embarrassment. He is not the only one , Inzimam and Akhtar are in the same category , but even them won't say any thing like this .

I believe he is a British dual citizen and spends most of his time in the U.K., comes to Pak just to feast on free money from the PCB.

Honestly i feel our batters became lazy after facing bd n pak.

 

Nz disciplined bowling n fielding  forced us to up our game.

I feel for sensible Pak fans like you. Already the team is plumbing depths and morons like Saqlain make it even worse. How do they even allow such kind of people to open their mouth and how can someone like him be in the scheme of things to be the Pak coach? It's like India making Yograh Singh coach of the Indian team

Akhtar, intelligent , oh, for God sake, . Waseem is intelligent but has been a fishy character, always likes to be in news and always supports the people in power, has not been very honest with Pakistan cricket, during his playing days and after. Waqar gave his heart out to Pakistan cricket during his playing days but after retirement he is doing the same what Waseem has been doing but not exactly a dishonest person.

I think the bigger problem is that our oldies won't get freebies which Pak and B'desh gave. I doubt Rohit or Kohli will do anything against better teams. That's why want Sundar to be brought in to replace Kuldeep. At least we'll have more depth and one less mental midget while bowling. And if we add Pant instead of Rahul, we would be in a much better spot. Pant plays on similar pitches in Delhi and can take on Aussies' part timers and Zampa which KL won't be able to.

The only way India Pakistan cricket can be made competitive again if Saqlain is made coach of Indian team for 5 years . Being an England's passport holder now , he is qualified for the job.

Akhtar is comparatively smarter but puts on a show. But likes of Saqlain, Inzimam, Waqar etc. seriously believe what they say.

 

IMO Pak shot themselves in the foot by firing Gary Kirsten and Gillespie. Now no decent coach would ever want to coach Pak. They should've let Kirsten clean up house and backed him instead of players. Now I doubt they can do so by bringing anyone from inside Pak.
