I am unsure what a useless President rule will bring anyways when Mamta will be back in Power in no time. AFSPA has always worked like a charm in sensitive areas. Most experts post Murshidabad violence actually suggested this Idea. But guess ruling party is either too dumb to react or they simply don't care enough.
