Surya just turned 35 and is finished as an international cricketer. He should not be hogging the #3 spot to himself anymore.

Even in IPL only certain guys do better. Suresh Raina does well in IPL play offs compared to Rohit/Kohli. Raising your game in clutch moments.

I think he was not this good before. He has consciously improved himself. Infact rapidly improved. Taken his game to next level very quickly. An example for other youngsters especially who are beahving like Prithvi shaw.
